I am not a big fan of reviews, yet I am writing one for Matt only because he deserves it :). Along with the usual fantastic, reliable, honest, professional, down to earth property manager I am going to say, I have known Matt for 4 years now and he has grown, by listening to feedback and acting ethically to tenants/owner’s request. I am happy to accept he has been my competitive advantage in property investment, he continues to do that extra bit which I am very grateful for. If you are looking for an average agent he is not the one, he will look after the property like his own and act in the best interest of your property every single time. I have already introduced him to family and friends and I really hope his small dreams will become reality.
