Edwin has restored my faith in real estate agents. After several (recent) experiences where I came out of the selling process feeling like I had been put through the wringer due to the mind games played by the agents, this sale could not have been more different.

Everything Edwin promised he delivered. Firstly, he got a much higher sale price than I expected and it was achieved with only one open house. And it was absolutely painless – even though I was happy with the first offer and was willing to sign on it, Edwin continued to follow up with another person who showed interest and quietly and quickly secured an even better offer. Right through to settlement his level of service never faulted and nothing was too much trouble. At every milestone, pest, finance etc he was on the ball. Edwin organised for work to be done on the property eg. cleaners, gardener, removal of furniture etc as I don’t live near the property. He even changed a battery in a roller door….his response when asked was ‘that’s easy I carry spares of these in my car as its a common problem’. I could also tell by our conversations that he was giving as much help to the buyers as he was to us. He is truly refreshing to do business with a real professional i.e. someone who knows his stuff, is respectful, helpful, credible and above all honest. Thank you Edwin.
